Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary:
The Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer will oversee and lead the proactive management of the sourcing and supply functions within St John of God Health Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver St John of God Health Care's procurement strategy for over $650 million of clinical and non-clinical operating and capital supplies annually.
- Lead the development of strategic sourcing and logistics plans to support business objectives.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive commercial and value-focused outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain to minimize costs and maximize value.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the procurement and supply chain team.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Significant senior leadership experience in procurement or supply logistics.
- Proven track record of achieving goals through complex sourcing, relationship building, and strategic planning.
- Ability to bridge local, area, and national communication gaps.
