We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Answer phone calls and text enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage social media DMs and comments, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with administrative duties on Shopify, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
