Your role
  • Provide quality education and care to children to support their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
Key responsibilities
  1. Develop positive relationships with children, their families, and community members.
  2. Foster play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  3. Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or higher qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
