We're seeking a seasoned expert in process and controls to join our team as a consultant. As a member of our advisory services, you'll work with top-tier clients to address their biggest risks through forward-looking, technology-enabled internal audit.

The Opportunity

As our consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple client engagement teams across various sectors. You'll contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, researching, and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.

  • You'll assist client engagement teams in identifying opportunities to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.
  • You'll be accountable for delivering your own work and meeting required targets that impact the immediate team.
  • You'll leverage EY's global network to support you in identifying solutions that solve clients' biggest problems and aid them on their transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
  • Broad awareness of technical principles involved in internal audits and different service offerings.
  • Ability to understand and apply correct methodology, tools, and technology.
  • Develop rapport with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with engagement teams and clients through careful questioning and listening.
  • Presentation and delivery of facts and analyses to keep listeners engaged.
  • Build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture.
