Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of the sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, working collaboratively as part of a high-energy team, and contributing to the overall success of the business. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
  • Cash handling and processing sales transactions
  • Assist with stock management and processing
  • Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimise stock loss by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect, and sell to customers
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Value integrity and doing things the right way
  • Enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Be 'solutions focused' when faced with problems
  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or retail is favourable but not essential
