Key qualifications and skills include:

  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Sound understanding of technical requirements.
  • Adept at tender requirements and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to understand architectural plans, standards, and BCA requirements.
