Commercial Space Designer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Space Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing commercial spaces, including administration of new product ideas, improvements, and supervision of installations on site.
The role involves determining customer requirements by consulting directly or with sales representatives, researching the latest trends in shop fittings and fit outs, and preparing commercial design concepts using Autodesk's Revit software.
Detailed responsibilities include:
- Determining customer space requirements through direct consultation or collaboration with sales representatives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest shop fitting and fit out trends
- Creating commercial design concepts using Revit software
- Defining design parameters for commercial spaces while incorporating available products from our range
- Presenting design concepts as 3D representations of space to customers using MAXe & Peggie
- Project managing and coordinating a design team that meets weekly
- Overseeing the construction, installation, and fit-out of commercial spaces
- Attending regular overseas trips to collaborate with manufacturers
