Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Centre in our Tempe NSW store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity approximately 20 hours per week, ideal for someone who is energetic, driven, and passionate about people. You will work closely with our depot and agency partners to develop strong working relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS transactions
  • Mixing and tinting paint to meet customer requirements
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift ticket would be an advantage
  • Ability to speak Spanish is highly regarded
