Job Opportunity: Home Care Advisor

">Overview of the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the home care sector, including current products and services.

  • This role is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to prospective customers on consumer options available in home care.
  • Key responsibilities include proactively responding to customer leads and enquiries, reviewing and acting on referrals from the My Aged Care Provider portal, educating new opportunities into existing sales processes, working closely with development managers and programs teams, maintaining high customer service metrics and quality data, and supporting the marketing team in creating digital interactions.

Candidates must possess strong relationship-building skills, be able to foster positive working relationships with stakeholders, and maintain a good working knowledge of sector information.
