We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Content Creator to join our team in the content creation department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality social media content that aligns with our brand strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging social-first video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop static content and integrate it into visually appealing designs as required.
- Create and manage social content calendars, including copywriting, hashtags, and scheduling timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates, best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into content briefs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables against our brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of end-to-end administrative tasks related to projects.
- Analyze content performance against agreed KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve performance in future production cycles.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in video content creation for social media platforms, with a high level of proficiency in at least one of Capcut, DaVinci, Adobe Creative Suite, and previous agency experience. Additionally, they should possess a strong understanding of social media best practices, platform updates, trends, and content formats.
