Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Physical Security Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrades, and migrations. They will also be proficient in troubleshooting and configuring digital video systems, access control systems, and Traka locker management software.

The successful candidate will ensure the proper integration and functionality of these systems using ITIL processes such as incident management, change management, and problem management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and troubleshoot digital video systems.
  • Test and program access control systems.
  • Handle customer and technician inquiries on respective systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including windows migration, incident management, and problem management.
  • Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Awareness of digital IP cameras, security devices, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration, SQL Administration, and DevOps concepts.
  • Good overview of enterprise system architecture and access control systems hardware.
