**Job Title:** Dance and Cheer Sector Growth LeaderBelgravia Dance and Cheer is seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth of our dance and cheer sector across Australia and New Zealand.As the CEO of our dance and cheer division, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic plan for successful operations in the dance and cheer sector.You will lead a portfolio of dance and cheer operations venues, operating them to deliver strategic plans and expand our network of dance and cheer venues through acquisitions, mergers, or establishing new greenfield locations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a strategic plan for successful operations in the dance and cheer sector across AU/NZ
  • Lead a team to effectively manage venues in the Belgravia Dance and Cheer portfolio
  • Drive business growth and results
  • Identify and address performance gaps in operating standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the dance or cheer industry
  • Significant experience in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business strategies
  • Participated in business development, merger, or acquisition skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fantastic leadership and coaching skills
