Lead Dance and Cheer Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the growth of our dance and cheer division. As Lead Dance and Cheer Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive expansion, commercial success, and operational excellence.

  • Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dance and cheer industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement change initiatives that drive results.

  • Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering a strategic plan for successful operations in the Dance and Cheer sector across AU/NZ
  • Driving business growth through fostering strong relationships and connections to the industry and governing bodies
  • Operating a portfolio of Dance and Cheer operations venues to deliver strategic plans
  • Identifying new initiatives and business opportunities for sustainable and feasible growth in the Dance and Cheer sector
  • Maximizing business growth and results through data-driven decision making and performance analysis
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team to effectively manage venues in the Belgravia Dance and Cheer portfolio
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Dance or Cheer industry
  • Significant experience in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business strategies
  • Participated in business development, merger, or acquisition skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and results
