Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our retail teams as Christmas Casuals. This role provides the opportunity to create a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

  • Helping across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note that our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period, ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
