We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team during the busiest time of year. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining store visual standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, making recommendations and resolving queries
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs, through effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain store visual standards, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising products
  • Pick and pack online orders efficiently and accurately
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a can-do attitude and good vibes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
