Exemplifying exceptional service and creating a warm atmosphere for guests is paramount to our establishment. We seek skilled and enthusiastic professionals to join our Food & Beverage team in a multifaceted supervisory role.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for F&B Supervisor and F&B Attendants at the Mascot NSW location. As key members of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our guests.

F&B Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team and operations of food and beverage outlets: restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining
  • Assist with rosters, ordering stock, overseeing preparation and service, handling cash and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain service quality in all areas of food and beverage department
F&B Attendant Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
  • Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation
  • Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
  • Provide general assistance in cleaning in kitchen and function areas, as directed
  • Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Prior experience within a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving service targets
  • Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender (highly desirable)
  • Previous hospitality experience including small to large events, restaurants and bars
  • Good time management skills and an ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to take direction and work well with a team to achieve goals
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Flexibility and availability to work early or evening shifts across 7 days of the week including public holidays, where necessary
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
