The Role

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

What We're Looking For

  • A Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability (or willingness to pursue this qualification)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
