Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Compa, an Italian-style meat-focused restaurant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting a range of classic and inspired cocktails, as well as making a variety of espresso coffees with a focus on latte art.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative cocktails using high-quality ingredients
  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with a focus on presentation
  • Work 5 days a week in a fast-paced environment
  • Annual salary at $65,000 plus super

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or bar
  • 1+ year of barista experience is highly desirable
  • High level of cocktail-making skill
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • Valid RSA (competency card)
  • Valid Australian Working Rights
