A Day in the Life of a Gaming Attendant:

  • Engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget.
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG compliance.
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
  • You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • You hold current industry RSA and RCG qualifications.
