Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Lead by example and provide clinical guidance to staff members, promoting best practice and continuous quality improvement.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in line with new standards, prioritizing individual resident needs and preferences.
  • Infection Prevention: Implement and monitor effective infection prevention strategies, educating staff on protocols and documentation practices.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and coaching to staff on clinical procedures, infection control, and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree: Hold a current nursing degree and be registered with AHPRA.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrate proven leadership experience in clinical care settings, with a focus on quality improvement and staff development.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
