• They will also have strategic analysis, business improvement, and project management methodologies, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The Business Strategy and Performance Professional will support the organisation in driving continuous improvement in planning and delivery across all services. This will involve:

• Developing and implementing effective measurement frameworks to enable the organisation to understand its impact and monitor its performance.
• Establishing governance, planning, and reporting frameworks to support service delivery excellence for the community.
• Providing expert guidance and advice to project teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strengths in one or more of the key responsibility areas, with experience or capability to perform all key responsibilities.
