Chief Service Delivery Strategist

The Business Strategy and Performance Team is responsible for developing and implementing effective measurement frameworks to enable the council to understand its impact and monitor its performance.
They support service delivery excellence by establishing governance, planning, and reporting frameworks that align with the whole organisation's objectives.
As a Business Strategy and Performance Officer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in planning and delivery across all of council's services while providing expert guidance and advice to project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing business strategy and performance plans to meet organisational goals.
- Establishing governance, planning, and reporting frameworks to support service delivery excellence.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to project teams on strategic analysis, business improvement, and project management methodologies.
- Analysing financial and other service use data to support decision making.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent extensive experience is required. Experience in developing and delivering business strategy and planning processes or functions, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, are highly regarded.
