Job Title: Packaging Team Leader

 

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee a team of packaging operators in a fast-paced production environment. The role ensures packaging lines run efficiently and safely, meeting daily targets across quality, cost, and delivery.

 

Your Impact

  • Lead a team to achieve production goals, prioritising safety and quality.
  • Monitor packaging line performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
  • Manage shift resourcing, team development, and labour cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
  • Complete accurate shift reports, inspections, and quality documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support site performance goals.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in FMCG or high-speed packaging operations is essential.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety practices.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
