Statutory Reporting Data Manager Position

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and reporting of timely and accurate submission of statutory datasets in accordance with Department of Health policies and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and reporting of DH data sets, including VAED, VEMD, ESIS, AIMS, VINAH, and VCDC.
  • Development and implementation of robust governance to ensure accurate capture and reporting of data.
  • Policy and procedure development, regular audits, full reconciliation of statutory datasets, data error management, and internal data control processes.
  • Targeted staff education and implementation of actions arising from internal and external reviews.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of DH business rules and policies.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage competing demands.
