The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture

A collaborative effort between CPB Contractors and Downer, undertaking upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability.

The proposed project involves works across three Department of Defence establishments:

  1. Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka), and RAAF Base Wagga

The project will deliver various elements, including construction of new messing and living accommodation, training facilities, refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings, and remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will contribute to the project delivery teams with procurement and contract management, cost forecasting, control, and reporting, and assist with administration of the Head Contract requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in contracting construction environment engaging various sub-contractors
  2. Experience with large construction projects and local project exposure
  3. Effective communication skills
  4. Strong prioritisation skills
  5. Meticulous attention to detail

This position can be based in Sydney, Albury-Wodonga, or Wagga areas, with an attractive relocation package including removalist costs and LAFHA for eligible individuals.
