Job Summary:

KinCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Bankstown area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our clients stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our clients and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
  • Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

Requirements:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a valid driver's license.

  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
