**Job Title:** Sales Support Representative/Merchandiser Vic

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a sales support representative in the Cranbourne area.

This is a permanent part-time position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours when needed. You must have access to your own car.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute merchandising displays that meet customer and company compliance standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with key contacts in customer stores.
  • Ensure successful execution of marketing activities.

**Requirements for Success:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Adaptability, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and pride in your work.
  • The ability to enjoy meeting and communicating with people at all levels.
  • Prior retail/supermarket sales experience with strong customer service skills is ideal, but not essential.

This role involves physical activity including lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking product that weighs up to 12 kg. A short general fitness/medical assessment will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
