About the Nursing Role
This nursing role is designed to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and reliable care within a dynamic health environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the provision of high-quality nursing care, under the supervision and direction of registered nurses (RNs).
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care that respects individual dignity and promotes independence, working closely with RNs.
- Contribute to the assessment and implementation of individualised care plans that address identified resident needs.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, residents and families to achieve quality outcomes.
- Provide physical support to residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility assistance.
