As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of staff to and from remote locations.

  • Safety First: Safely transport staff to and from remote accommodation villages.
  • Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee our fleet is in top condition.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle conditions to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Cleanliness: Clean vehicles to maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to staff during transportation.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Transportation Coordinator who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Licence Requirement: Must hold a valid HR Licence.
  • Industry Authority: Must have H endorsement and/or industry authority (QLD).
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Criminal History Check: Must possess an Australian National Police Check within 6 months.
  • FIFO Roster: Ability to work a FIFO roster as required.
