Job Title:

Emergency Medical Dispatcher

About the Role:

This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage emergencies. The successful candidate will have the ability to work as an effective member of a team, demonstrating strong customer service commitment through a professional attitude and behavior.

The Emergency Medical Dispatcher will be responsible for acquiring knowledge of highly technical aspects of the role and relevant policies and procedures. They must also demonstrate an ongoing commitment to education and self-reflection, incorporating feedback to continually develop personal capability and professional practice.
