The Team: Campbell Town Multi-Purpose Service is a multipurpose facility with 24-hour emergency care, 6 sub-acute beds, 20 residential beds, Community Nursing, palliative care and same day infusion clinic. Located in Campbell Town, Tasmania, between Launceston and Hobart, in a heritage area with colonial buildings and lakeside ambience. The RoleThe Enrolled Nurse strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
- Works within the multidisciplinary team to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative framework.
- Assists patients with daily cares including but not limited to medication management, ADLs and wound care.
- Works as part of a multidisciplinary team in both the sub-acute in-patient ward and aged care to provide high quality patient care to a variety of patients with varying medical requirements in line with NSQHS standards and AGED CARE standards.

Details of appointmentPermanent, part-time, shift-work position, up to 72 hours per fortnight, commencing from 10 November 2025. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant. The selection process may be used for similar vacancies for twelve months from the date of publication.
SalarySalary range: $70,980 to $78,179 per annum (pro rata). Employer 12% superannuation contribution included. Salary packaging and other allowances may apply.
- Salary range accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
Additional allowances may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance up to 7.5% based on qualification type
- Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of 4% (regional)
- Salary packaging for a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment per FBT year
