At our research-intensive university, we are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of services across the Higher Degree Research lifecycle.
The successful candidate will oversee admissions and scholarships, candidature management, and examination, guiding a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering a seamless HDR experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic leadership of the Graduate Research School, driving innovation and excellence in HDR management
- Collaboration with senior leaders across faculties, schools, and units to embed innovative systems and streamline operations
- Liaising with candidates and supervisors to ensure a client-focused HDR experience
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams with a client-first mindset
- Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
