Highly Skilled Platform Engineer Wanted

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Kubernetes internals, a strong foundation in software engineering best practices, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
The successful candidate will help shape our platform strategy, build tools and frameworks that improve developer experience, and ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps, with demonstrated leadership in large-scale systems.
- In-depth expertise in Kubernetes architecture and ecosystem.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in Go or Bash.
- Experience building platform components such as Kubernetes operators, admission controllers, or internal developer platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and influence infrastructure and architectural decisions at scale.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and lead technical decisions within the team and across the organisation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong innovation and improvement mindset with a drive to continuously enhance systems, processes, and developer experience.
