HRIS Administrator Position

This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and positive team environment as an HRIS Systems Administrator. You will play a key role in a significant digital transformation guiding and supporting others through this major system change.
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as the main point of contact for the HRIS, assisting employees and troubleshooting issues
- Supporting ongoing HRIS implementation and data migration with various teams across the organisation
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
- Developing and delivering training to enhance system capability across the organisation
- Strong HRIS administration background, with experience in implementation
- Advanced Excel and database management capabilities
- Solid grasp of HR processes, including a good understanding of labour legislation and data protection
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholder
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fully on site
- Part time: Four days per week
- Hours: 8am to 4pm daily
