About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of professional relationships. You'll be hands-on in delivering intuitive, fast, and scalable Android experiences that bring our mission to life, ensuring every first interaction leads to something lasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build core features in our Android app, from UI to device integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences
  • Contribute to clean, maintainable architecture patterns and scalable app foundations
  • Identify and fix performance or stability issues across Android devices
  • Stay curious and grow with mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities to lead small projects

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of Android development experience, with solid Kotlin skills and strong fundamentals
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally SaaS or VC-backed
  • Good understanding of architectural patterns like MVVM or MVP
  • Strong collaboration mindset and a track record of shipping quality features
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
