Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our financial planning team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high levels of customer service to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Provide administrative support to the financial planning team, including fact-finding, preparing for client meetings, and assisting with implementation and compliance.
- Facilitate client advice implementation and ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.
- Manage communications between stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds.
- Ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail.
- Working experience as a Client Service Officer supporting financial advisers.
- Client-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service and making a significant impact on clients' lives.
- Outstanding organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn and grow with a growth mindset.
- A self-motivated individual who can work autonomously or collaboratively within a close team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude.
