The Role
  • High-level advisory and issue resolution services
  • High-level administrative tasks and duties
  • Provide guidance on queries and issues
  • Interpret and analyze customer information
  • Generate and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Undertake information management processes, updates, and reviews
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in handling high-volume calls and communications
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in customer service and relations
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based PC software
  • Alpha and numerical data entry skills
  • Professional phone manner and etiquette
  • Ability to problem-solve and learn new technologies and systems
