Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Actively contribute to developing a community culture within the village
  • Manage complaints, compliments, and suggestions respectfully and effectively
  • Liaise between residents and contractors as required
  • Assist with prospective and incoming residents, raising purchase order requisitions, and liaising with suppliers
  • Support the Village Manager in preparing budgets, monthly reporting, coordinating services, and managing village matters
  • Coordinate with residents and social committees on various items, including catering for functions and distribution of communications
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative position, ideally in aged care or retirement living
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group
  • Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
