  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivering performance and creating lifestyle solutions for residents, including events, communications, and general safety
  • Maintaining a high level of commitment to the customer and community

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, supporting, and mentoring team members
  • Providing excellent customer service and being approachable
  • Building and maintaining relationships with staff, residents, and their families
  • Balancing different priorities and managing day-to-day expectations

A solid background in customer-centric or operations-based roles, combined with experience in hospitality, facilities management, senior living, or property management sectors, would be highly regarded.
