The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Improve Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and satisfied.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the Converse brand and has a strong background in retail or hospitality management. You should be able to demonstrate leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

- Retail or Hospitality Experience: You should have a strong background in retail or hospitality management, with experience in leading a team and driving sales growth.
- Customer Focus: You should be able to demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
