Assistant Store Manager

About the RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, and provide input on store operations and visual merchandising
- Manage and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of store presentation
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
