Solar Panel Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Solar Panel Installation Specialist.
This is a full-time position at an assembly site where you will be responsible for constructing solar system kits. The role involves heavy lifting, teamwork, and power tool usage such as impact drivers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in labor or construction roles and the ability to work as part of a team following instructions.
Key responsibilities include assisting with solar panel, inverter, and component installation, performing general labor duties like site preparation, equipment handling, and clean-up, collaborating with solar technicians and electricians for successful project completion, maintaining a safe work environment according to company policies and procedures, and assisting team members as needed for effective operation.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Desirable experience in labor or construction roles.
