We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery team within a national practice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of assets across Australia, including support for pre- and post-transaction activities. You will also be responsible for undertaking real estate analysis, preparing valuation assignments, and investigating new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting audit teams in the peer review of valuations for financial reporting
  • Undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, including support for pre- and post-transaction activities
  • Working on new and innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Preparing valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigating and utilising new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assisting on and being at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Providing vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes
  • Contributing to thought leadership papers by providing market research and trend analysis

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail. You should also have a detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes, demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, good report writing and presentation skills, and professional accreditation either as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
