  • Log and schedule service requests, breakdowns, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate site mobilizations and conduct necessary inductions.
  • Review completed tasks prior to invoicing.
  • Manage safety training and induction processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Shows adaptability, thrives under pressure, and meets deadlines effectively.
  • Holds proficient computer skills; experience with Simpro is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
