About the Role

We are seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team. This role involves working with NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.

The successful candidate will evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. They will also build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment and Planning: Assist NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Evidence-Based Support Plans: Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
  • Capacity Building: Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
