About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Display Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of stores and providing sales solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing Point-of-Sale Displays (POS) that drive sales and engagement
  • Implement Planograms to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility of products
  • Ticket and price stock accurately and efficiently
  • Manage shelves and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards
  • Negotiate shelf space with store managers to optimize product placement
  • Report and provide feedback on sales performance and product trends

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a current driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Computer literacy and experience with data reporting software
  • Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness to lift and carry up to 10kgs and stand for long periods
  • Great time management and a positive attitude

Working Hours:

Approximately 10-15 hours across Monday to Friday
