Job Description

As a Senior Environmental Professional, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex environmental approval projects, collaborating with industry specialists to deliver environmental impact assessments and approvals on high-profile, challenging projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management, including delivery of projects within allocated timelines, budgets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Providing technical direction and leadership for junior team members, including an engaged and talented cohort of Early Professionals.
  • Developing client relationships and supporting business development opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field, with 10+ years experience in environmental impact assessments and planning approvals across various sectors in Victoria.
  • Demonstrated experience on major projects, along with strong project coordination skills and commercial awareness to manage budgets, timelines and quality.
  • A strong understanding of Commonwealth legislation, with essential experience in Victorian processes and familiarity with other State and Territory frameworks considered beneficial.
