About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Community Manager to join our team at INDI Sydney. As a key member of our property management operation, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional residential experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host regular events and engage residents to foster a strong sense of community
  • Ensure agreed service offerings are available and meet expected standards
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including handling resident-related inquiries and property management
  • Ensure accurate accounting of all resident-related accounts
  • Assist the leasing team and communicate notices required under relevant legislation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience within residential leasing
  • Hold a current full NSW Real Estate License or Agents Representative to conduct Real Estate business
  • Bilingual - Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
