Job Overview

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for supporting the Centre Director and guiding the team in developing high-quality programs.

The successful candidate will have a natural ability to build positive relationships with the team, children, and their families, making every day full of rewarding memories and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
  • A current Child Protection Training
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar platforms)
  • A National Police Clearance
  • A Proda ID
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
