Home Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional in-home care services to our elderly clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Assistant, a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification), and a driver's license.
The Personal Care Assistant will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with personal hygiene activities, and delivering customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications with accuracy and responsibility.
- Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities.
- Deliver customized, person-centered care.
